All we need is the location of each participating site, start time, duration and the speed of connection. Upon acceptance of a booking request for a bridging service, we will assign a unique dial-in number so that each participant can access the meeting.

Virtual Meeting Room

Videxia Virtual Meeting Room is ideal for organisations wishing to multipoint enable their existing point-to-point endpoints as and when they like. Customers are provided with their own secure IP/ISDN number that is unique to them for unlimited use making it ideal for organisations that want to manage and schedule their own video conferences. There is the option for Videonations to manage and schedule video conferences.

  • Dedicated, instanf access bridging service that enables a virtually infinite number of locations to meet simultaneously
  • Video conferences are launched and managed by you – training is provided where necessary

Hosted Bridging Service

Videxia Hosted video conferencing bridging service is similar to the scheduled service but provides organisations with their own multipoint bridge (MCU) with dedicated bandwidth hosted at Videonations. This option is suitable for larger organisations, perhaps with convoluted architecture, that want to conduct simultaneous multipoint video conferences without investing in their own MCU.
